Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage renewals and referrals.
- Connect with prospective clients to understand their life insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Possess or be able to obtain a state-issued Life Insurance license.
- Guide clients through the application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of their paperwork.
- Clearly explain policy features, advantages, and costs to clients, ensuring transparency and understanding.
- Use bilingual skills to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring they receive quality service.
Requirements
- Licenses: Must possess or be able to obtain a state-issued Life Insurance license.
- Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or a customer service role is desirable.
- Skills: Strong ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service, particularly within Spanish-speaking communities; excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information in a clear and concise manner; ability to assess client needs and develop creative solutions tailored to individual requirements; self-driven and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets and client expectations; competent in using computers and office software, with the ability to quickly learn new systems; strong commitment to quality, ethics, and professionalism in all interactions.
