Bilingual (Korean/English) Sales Executive

About the role

CJ Logistics is seeking a Sales Executive with a specialized focus on Korean business growth solutions. The role involves representing CJ Logistics at industry events, managing the RFP process, and executing lead-generating activities primarily focused on business expansion.

Responsibilities

• Build market momentum and close enterprise-level business by matching client supply chain bottlenecks with our logistics capabilities.
• Develop and implement targeted sales strategies for Warehouse Management (WM) or Transportation Management (TM) to hit aggressive revenue goals.
• Discover and pursue new logistics business opportunities using focused prospecting, network building, and deep market research.
• Draft and present sophisticated, client-centric proposals that clearly demonstrate the value of our specialized services.
• Actively market and cross-sell our full operational capabilities, including Freight Forwarding (FF) and Value-Added Services (VAS).
• Nurture long-term client connections to verify customer satisfaction and maximize brand loyalty.
• Run comprehensive market and competitor analyses to discover emerging supply chain trends and shift sales strategy accordingly.
• Closely monitor your overall sales performance and provide regular pipeline updates and visibility to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum 8–10 years in a client-facing logistics role or account management context, with a history of sales leadership success.
• Proven background successfully closing large-scale engagements valued at $5 million or more annually.
• 5+ years of a proven track record utilizing strategic/solution selling methodologies to win complex, long-lead-time enterprise sales cycles.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline. An MBA or Master's Degree is highly preferred.
• Advanced capacity to engage, build immediate credibility, and document the strategic priorities and operational challenges of client executives.
• Advanced verbal and written communication talent with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels horizontally and vertically.
• Strong proficiency in modern CRM platforms, sales process management tools, and advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in Korean is required.

Benefits

Your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. We anticipate this role to pay a base salary of $100,000 to $110,000 per year, but actual base pay will depend on the successful candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan.

Schedule

Ability to work a flexible schedule; typically your schedule will be 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (flexible hours may be required to support after-hours, weekends, or holidays when needed).

Pay

Salary: Your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. We anticipate this role to pay a base salary of $100,000 to $110,000 per year, but actual base pay will depend on the successful candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan.
