HR CoordinatorWoodridge, IL | $65,000–$75,000 salary | Insurance benefits and paid time offAn established, growing food distribution business is looking for a bilingual English/Spanish HR Coordinator who enjoys helping employees, organizing information and keeping important tasks moving.Designed for someone with 2+ years of HR experience, this position offers hands-on exposure to recruiting, onboarding, benefits and payroll preparation. You’ll collaborate with HR Managers and Operations to support employees across multiple locations.What You’ll DoSchedule interviews and communicate with candidates.Help new hires complete onboarding, employment documentation and orientation.Keep employee records and HR system information current.Support benefits enrollment and qualifying changes.Check timecards and assemble payroll inputs for review.Coordinate training and assist with safety and compliance documentation.What You’ll Bring2+ years of HR coordination, administration or associate-level experience.English/Spanish bilingual skills for employee communication.Hands-on experience with employee records, onboarding and HR administrative support.Familiarity with HR systems, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.Working knowledge of basic HR compliance, including I-9, leave and wage and hour requirements.Reliable follow-through, attention to detail and careful handling of confidential information.Preferred: Paycom experience; benefits or timekeeping exposure; a multi-state, distribution or manufacturing background.
