Bilingual Healthcare CSR (Remote) | $15.50/hr | Starts 8/6/26

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls to enroll individuals into the food box program or to reauthorize them into the program.
• Deliver market-leading performance by working with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Work remotely from home.
• May require travel to New York City for a training session.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong computer experience (data entry, screen navigation, keyboarding)
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook (email) and Word
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to adhere to daily schedules and duties
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent demonstration of caring and compassion
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Able to provide 2 monitors at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
• Able to travel to New York City for 1 day to attend a four-hour training. Travel is company-arranged and covered; candidates must be able to travel by air.
