Bilingual Funding/Loan Representative

Responsibilities

• Process incoming credit applications in a timely manner, complying with company guidelines.
• Verify all pertinent information on all auto loans pending.
• Handle high volume phone calls.
• Input accurate customer information into company database.
• Assist in maintaining client/dealer relationships.

Requirements

• One year of automobile loan processing and funding experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task.
• Auditing, verification and telephone skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is required.
