Bilingual Field Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking a Bilingual Field Recruiter to join our team. This role is based out of Iowa and supports our most active sites in the state. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish or French.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with Operations and HR to address staffing needs
• Own the frontline recruiting strategy of the assigned site/region
• Run high-volume job fairs, including interviewing and extending offers
• Run background and drug tests where applicable
• Travel as needed to ensure regional staffing support is met

Requirements

• Highly organized to manage multiple events, jobs, and sites
• Strategic and always seeks to improve site staffing
• Bilingual in Spanish

Qualifications

• Associate degree from a College or University or six months to one-year related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• May required to have a valid driver’s license

• Strong organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

$57,000 - $61,000 per year
