Bilingual Field Recruiter

About the role

The ideal candidate will be Bilingual in Spanish or French and will be based out of Colorado to support active sites in the state. This role will partner closely with Operations and Human Resources leaders to ensure staffing models at the site-level are maintained with a strong pipeline of individuals, drive the hiring experience, and coordinate job fairs.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with Ops and HR to address staffing needs
• Own the frontline recruiting strategy of the assigned site/region
• Run high-volume job fairs, including interviewing and extending offers
• Run backgrounds and drug tests where applicable
• Travel as needed to ensure regional staffing support is met

Qualifications

• Associate degree from a College or University or six months to one-year related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• May required to have a valid driver’s license
