Responsibilities

• Support families during life's most sensitive moments with care, understanding, and respect.
• Think creatively to provide unique and meaningful ways for families to honor their loved ones.
• Anticipate and deliver on the needs of families seeking to plan their final celebration of life.
• Build relationships with families, guiding them through the process of planning funeral arrangements.
• Work closely with other professionals to ensure the best possible service for families.

Requirements

• Successfully pass a criminal background check.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
• Bilingual in Spanish (Required).

Qualifications

• Passion for serving families in times of need.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in customer service or related field is a plus.

Pay

Compensation is based on a commission-based structure and includes medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, disability coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and tuition reimbursement.
