Service Advisor

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle service needs.
• Communicate repair details and estimates to customers clearly and professionally.
• Cook up service appointments and monitor repair progress.
• Work closely with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service orders.
• Resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.

Requirements

• Previous dealer experience in automotive service advising required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology is a plus.
• Proficiency with computer systems and service management software.
• Valid driver’s license.
