Bilingual Enrollment Specialist (FL)

About the role

The Bilingual Enrollment Specialist at GT Independence plays a crucial role in helping consumers navigate financial management services within the self-direction model of care. This position involves conducting both face-to-face and virtual enrollments, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate, and advocating for the consumer's understanding of self-direction.

Responsibilities

• Conducts the enrollment process with the person served and their circle of support in a timely manner.
• Ensures enrollment documents are complete and accurate.
• Recommends improvements to internal processes/systems to prevent future issues and enhance service experience.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA compliance.
• Upholds company values and mission.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Personal computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office products.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and administrative/clerical procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to participate in a highly effective team.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems, including word processing, file management, and terminology.

Work Environment

Work is performed in a remote office setting and community-based settings. Frequent travel is required.
