Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish)

About the role

Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin‑Williams products, and recommend the right solutions. They promptly resolve customer concerns, ensure maximum client satisfaction, stay up‑to‑date with product features, and maintain the high quality and visual standards of products and the store. While delivering excellent customer service, they are expected to meet the store’s sales goals. The position is located at Store #701182, 3071 Leechburg Rd, Lower Burrell, PA 15068. The role involves contact with customers (including minors) and access to cash, payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other valuables, which may be supervised or unsupervised; therefore a criminal history review is required to protect the business, its operations, reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the general public.
