About the role
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative with Triumph, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact who ensures funding requests are processed accurately and on time. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy balancing top-notch service with careful attention to detail, this role involves connecting with clients, verifying freight loads, resolving questions, and helping keep the funding process moving seamlessly.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and written communication
- Review and correct funding submissions for accuracy
- Verify load details with debtors following risk management protocols
- Recommend invoice approvals, holds, or denials based on verification results
- Review accounts receivable reports and resolve disputes or open credits
- Guide clients through Triumph’s processes and systems with clear training and support
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and strong client relationships
- Maintain confidentiality and handle client information with care
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred (or four years of proven customer service experience)
- At least one year of customer service experience in a fast-paced setting
- Freight, transportation, factoring, or logistics experience a plus
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to multitask while meeting deadlines without sacrificing service quality
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and phone etiquette
- Bilingual in Serbian/Macedonian or Russian required
Pay
Hourly: $19.62 - $27.48
