Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chagrin Falls, OH. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency and the ability to work onsite daily. The position is anticipated to close on Oct 16, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Correspond with clients regarding orders and status updates
• Enter orders that come through via telephone, email, or the website
• Handle correspondences (95% via email, 5% telephonic)
• Update clients around lead times
• Inform clients of delays or back orders
• Occasionally take orders from customers
• Work with the production team to communicate updates

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Ability to work onsite daily

Pay

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00 per hour (fixed hourly rate).
