You'll start by checking emails and voicemails, then assist clients with inquiries about policies, process changes, and manage claims in both English and Spanish. Collaboration with agents is essential to provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities

Pay
Competitive salary range from $42,600 to $92,000 annually.
