Responsibilities
- Assist residents by providing information and resolving inquiries related to non-emergency municipal services
- Handle service requests for public works, sanitation, code enforcement, and other essential city services
- Accurately log and track service requests to ensure timely resolutions
- Collaborate with city departments to address and resolve community concerns
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide excellent customer service in every interaction
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center or 2 years customer service experience
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak)
