How You'll Achieve It
- Oversee daily operations including cleanliness, safety, vendor coordination, and inspections.
- Lead and develop your team, providing clear direction, coaching, and accountability.
- Maintain accurate records by reviewing leases, move-out reconciliations, renewals, and financial documentation.
- Collaborate with leasing and resident relations to ensure timely and professional communications.
- Manage collections and deposits in line with financial policies.
- Walk the property daily to ensure safety, curb appeal, and maintenance standards are met.
- Uphold compliance across housing paperwork, audits, and reporting to ownership or lenders.

Fueling Success
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred at properties where applicable.
- Ability to regularly walk the property, inspect conditions, and engage with residents in person.
- Commitment to fair housing compliance, documentation accuracy, and operational excellence.
- Previous property management experience preferred, but not required.
Compensation
Compensation for this role is aligned with the scope and responsibilities of a community manager position. While regional management experience is valued, compensation for this position reflects the responsibilities at the community level and should not be expected to match regional-level pay.
