Bilingual Collectors are needed to assist in the collection of overdue accounts. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Collect overdue accounts from customers
• Communicate with customers via phone and email
• Follow up on payment arrangements
• Handle customer complaints professionally

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in collections or related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
