Responsibilities
- Coordinating care for children with autism by assigning behavior technicians in collaboration with the Administrative Director and Talent Advisor
- Serving as a friendly, reliable point of contact for families, promptly responding to their questions, concerns, and needs
- Conducting regular quality assurance reviews with client families and the care team to ensure satisfaction and continuity of care
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in an ABA-related coordinator role (preferred)
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish to support Spanish-speaking clients
- A good understanding of HIPAA and its application to handling protected health information (PHI), patient confidentiality, and secure communication practices
- Effective administration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly computer literate with capabilities in email, MS Office, Smartsheet, and related business and communication tools
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills

Schedule
Flexible hybrid schedule: Wednesdays and Thursdays onsite; Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays remote.
