Bilingual Branch Administrator
About the Role
The Branch Administrator assists the operations team with a variety of administrative functions, working closely with the Operations Manager and Director of Operations for each assigned Service Center. This role oversees the operations of one or more company locations as an assistant to the Manager or Director, requiring a professional, courteous, and focused team member.
Responsibilities
- Order supplies according to purchasing policy and procedures.
- Support submission of payroll to the Home Office and maintain payroll records.
- Support submission of completed work tickets to the Home Office.
- Support Service Center operations and projects.
- Update employee profiles and direct deposit information in payroll software to ensure accurate records.
- Coordinate with operations team members to ensure accurate invoicing.
- Manage cleaning schedules and local service calls.
- Follow all company purchasing policies.
- Mail, upload, or email correspondence to local authorities or internal stakeholders.
- Work with the Home Office to ensure local compliance with the latest guidance.
- Support the Home Office team in special projects as needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, accounting, finance, or related discipline.
- Experience with cloud-based technology, including Microsoft 365 or similar.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Impeccable analytical and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and self-directed.
- Able to pass an illicit drug screen and criminal background check.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) language skills are highly beneficial.
- Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets underwriting standards.

Proficiency in English is required, and fluent Spanish is highly beneficial.

- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Long working hours may be required for emergencies, urgent responses, or winter weather storm management operations.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to:
- Shops and facilities with moving mechanical parts.
- Fumes or airborne particles.
- Toxic or caustic chemicals.
- Outside weather conditions.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Travel is not anticipated for this role. The employee will report to a designated office disclosed at the time of a job offer.
