Responsibilities

• Provide Functional Family Therapy (FFT)
• Conduct home visits throughout Sonoma County
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team

Requirements

• BBS registration
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A desire to work as part of an interdisciplinary team
• A commitment to TLC's mission and values

Qualifications

• A passion for working with children, adolescents, and their families
• The ability to be self-directed and work as part of a team
• A desire to provide Functional Family Therapy (FFT)
• Willingness to participate in FFT training

Skills

• Proficiency in English and Spanish

Pay

Wage Range: $30.00 – $51.32 per hour, depending on years of experience. The salary range for this role may vary above and below the posted range, as determined by experience and licensure. Compensation takes into account several factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
