Overview

Family Centers offers health, education, and human services to children, adults, and families in Lower Fairfield County. Our counseling and mental health services help individuals, groups, couples, and families address various personal and relationship issues. Services are provided by trained mental health professionals in licensed and accredited centers in Greenwich and Stamford.

The Role

We are currently seeking bilingual clinicians to provide mental health services at our outpatient clinics in Greenwich and Stamford. These clinicians will work closely with the care team to deliver integrated behavioral health care, aiming to improve health outcomes for our clients.

Clinician Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive assessments and psychotherapy to individuals (children and adults), families, couples, and groups.
  • Identify each client's psychosocial needs using the Social Determinants of Health and make appropriate referrals and resource connections.
  • Collaborate with medical staff and lead workshops and trainings related to mental health.

Requirements

  • Licensed Social Worker (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LPCA, LMFT) in Connecticut, or the ability to obtain CT licensure.
  • Bilingual Spanish.
  • Experience working with a wide range of populations.
  • Strong clinical skills and experience using evidence-based models with adults, children, and families.
  • Knowledge and experience with electronic health records.
  • Ability to work two evenings per week.
