Behavioral Health Clinician - Bilingual (Spanish)

Overview

Family Centers offers health, education, and human services to children, adults, and families in Lower Fairfield County. Our counseling and mental health services help individuals, groups, couples, and families resolve personal and relationship issues. Services are provided by trained mental health professionals in licensed and accredited centers in Greenwich and Stamford.

The Role

We are currently seeking bilingual clinicians to provide mental health services at our Greenwich and Stamford outpatient clinics. These clinicians will work closely with the care team to provide integrated behavioral health care leading to improved health outcomes for our clients. Positions are in-person, full time roles.

Clinician Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive assessments and psychotherapy to individuals (children and adults), families, couples, and groups in need of mental health treatment.
• Identify each client's psychosocial needs utilizing the Social Determinants of Health and provide referrals and resources.
• Collaborate and provide mental health consultations to medical staff, and lead workshops and trainings related to mental health.

Requirements

• Licensed Social Worker (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LPCA, LMFT) in Connecticut, or the ability to obtain CT licensure.
• Bilingual Spanish.
• Experience working with a wide range of populations.
• Strong clinical skills and experience using evidence-based models with adults, children, and families.
• Knowledge and experience with electronic health records.
• Ability to work two evenings per week.
