Bilingual Mental Health Professional (FFT)

About the role

We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate mental health professionals to join our Functional Family Therapy team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy to families in home, school, and community settings, using a strengths-based, solution-focused approach
• Engage family members in therapy and support their involvement in the treatment process, emphasizing communication, problem-solving, and positive parenting techniques
• Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and other service providers to ensure coordinated care and support for clients
• Provide crisis intervention and support to families dealing with immediate issues or emergencies, while ensuring safety and stability
• Be an integral part of a team-oriented environment
• Participate in initial and ongoing training, supervision, and team case staffing

Qualifications

• Candidates possessing a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or a closely related field
• Experience working with youth and families
• Good communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with individuals and families

Pay

The salary range for this educational level is commensurate with credentials held and experience. Non-Licensed Therapist salary range: $51,993 - $57,534 Licensed Therapist salary range: $57,234 - $61,757 Placement within the range is based on licensure level, education, and experience.
