Position Description
Deliver individualized therapy to families in home, school, and community settings, using a strengths-based, solution-focused approach
Engage family members in therapy and support their involvement in the treatment process, emphasizing communication, problem-solving, and positive parenting techniques
Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and other service providers to ensure coordinated care and support for clients
Provide crisis intervention and support to families dealing with immediate issues or emergencies, while ensuring safety and stability
Be an integral part of a team-orientated environment
Minimum Requirements
Candidates possessing a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with youth and families
Good communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with individuals and families.
Pay
$78,000 - $95,000 based on education, experience, and licensure.
