Responsibilities
- Complete all training and actively participate in required supervision and consultation.
- Handle all administrative duties such as chart documentation, billing requirements, and other necessary paperwork.
- Conduct all assessments including biopsychosocials utilizing program principals.
- Provide therapy services to promote exploration and understanding of personal and interpersonal dynamics.
- Develop effective and timely treatment goals with measurable objectives.
- Record all case progress notes to maintain accurate history of treatment events and client progress.
- Meet program expectations regarding authorizations and productivity.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders both internally and externally.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or social work.
- Minimum one (1) year experience working with child and families in a mental health, education, child welfare or juvenile justice system / secure juvenile setting.
- Broad clinical practice experience in family, child, behavior, individual therapies, group counseling and crisis intervention/stabilization.
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.
