Bilingual Automotive BDC Representative (Spanish Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, texts, and internet leads
  • Respond quickly and professionally to online inquiries
  • Schedule and confirm sales appointments
  • Follow up with unsold prospects and previous customers
  • Build rapport and generate interest in vehicles and dealership offerings
  • Accurately log all customer interactions in the CRM
  • Work closely with the sales team and management to hit appointment and sales goals

Qualifications

  • Strong phone skills and a confident, positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Sales, BDC, call center, or automotive experience preferred (not required)
  • Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and texting/email platforms
  • Reliable, punctual, and goal-oriented
