Bilingual Assistant Behavioral Health Supervisor (English/Spanish)
The Child & Family Services Division (CFSD) of the Department of Human Services (DHS), Children’s Behavioral Health Bureau (BHB) is seeking an experienced clinician and leader to serve as a Bilingual Assistant Behavioral Health Supervisor (English/Spanish).
About the role
The Bureau is responsible for providing comprehensive, trauma-informed, culturally responsive mental health and substance use services to help youth, with the support of their parents, thrive in their environments. Services for youth are provided in their homes, school, community, County facilities, DHS office, and via telehealth.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision to a team of behavioral health professionals.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff.
- Conduct assessments and provide interventions for youth and families.
- Collaborate with other agencies and community partners to enhance service delivery.
- Advocate for policy changes that support the needs of youth and families.
- Mentor and develop new supervisors and staff members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
- Master's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in behavioral health, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Experience working with Spanish-speaking populations.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

- Experience with telehealth services.

Pay
$60,000 - $70,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
