Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their financial situations and create customized debt management plans.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients as they begin their debt repayment journey.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy and a strong desire to help others achieve financial wellness.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University (Preferred).
• Previous experience in financial counseling or related fields (Preferred).
• Fluent in English and Spanish (Required).
