BI Partner – Commercial Decision Partner (Regional Sales)
About the role
The BI Partner (Commercial Decision Partner Regional) is an embedded analytical partner supporting regional sales teams. This role performs ad hoc and structured analysis using Claude and BIA tools, translates regional business questions into insight, assists in building analytical narratives, and supports the DI brief-writing process for recurring regional needs.
Responsibilities
- Perform ad hoc analysis for DVPs and Regional CDP Manager using Claude, Domo, and available data sources, owning output quality and applying business judgment to validate results.
- Support the Manager in building regional business review, ABP and selling tool narratives, assembling analytical components, validating data accuracy, and preparing presentation materials.
- Aid in building DI build briefs for regional use cases, documenting the business need, expected inputs/outputs, and acceptance criteria in partnership with the Manager. For straightforward single-step automations within the BI Partner's capability, may build directly, must complete DI intake meeting (led by Manager) before starting.
- Communicate analytical capabilities to regional field teams; serve as insights representative in customer meetings.
- Any and all other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Candidates must reside in the Atlanta area to be considered for this role.
Qualifications
- Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of commercial or business analytics experience
- Strong statistical skills; proficiency with Excel, data visualization, and BI tools
- Comfort with AI-powered analytics tools (Claude or similar)
- Experience supporting a CPG sales or commercial team in an analytical capacity
- Familiarity with syndicated CPG data
- Excellent communication skills for commercial audiences

- Ability to influence, communicate clearly and concisely to gain alignment and drive action across varying audiences
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
