About the role
The Partner Sales role is a full-time position focused on identifying, nurturing, and managing strategic partnerships that drive growth for Two Degrees and its community.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to potential partners
- Present partnership opportunities
- Build long-term relationships that support members and business objectives
- Manage a pipeline of partner prospects
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership offerings with community needs
- Deliver training or support to partners
- Gather feedback and continuously refine partnership strategies to maximize mutual value
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage partners and community members effectively
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience to build, manage, and close partnership opportunities
- Ability to provide Training and guidance to partners to ensure successful collaboration and outcomes
- Experience working with freelancers, founders, or small business communities is highly beneficial
- Comfort with remote work tools and virtual collaboration platforms
- Self-directed work style, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage a part-time schedule effectively
