About the role

The Partner Sales role is a full-time position focused on identifying, nurturing, and managing strategic partnerships that drive growth for Two Degrees and its community.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach to potential partners
  • Present partnership opportunities
  • Build long-term relationships that support members and business objectives
  • Manage a pipeline of partner prospects
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership offerings with community needs
  • Deliver training or support to partners
  • Gather feedback and continuously refine partnership strategies to maximize mutual value

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage partners and community members effectively
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience to build, manage, and close partnership opportunities
  • Ability to provide Training and guidance to partners to ensure successful collaboration and outcomes
  • Experience working with freelancers, founders, or small business communities is highly beneficial
  • Comfort with remote work tools and virtual collaboration platforms
  • Self-directed work style, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage a part-time schedule effectively
