Description

This role performs analysis and reporting, leveraging multiple data sources to deliver insights and support decision-making. This role builds analytical solutions and contributes to process improvements with moderate guidance.

Job Duties

  • Analyze data from various systems to identify trends, drivers, and improvement opportunities
  • Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models aligned to business needs
  • Integrate and transform data from multiple sources to support analysis and reporting
  • Apply structured analytical approaches to solve business problems and answer key questions
  • Validate data integrity and proactively identify and address inconsistencies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and refine analytical outputs
  • Recommend enhancements to reporting processes, tools, and data structures
  • Document methodologies, assumptions, and outputs to support transparency and reuse

Essential Skills

  • Required Education: Bachelors degree in field relevant to role (or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
  • Required Experience: 2 - 4 years of relevant experience
  • Experience performing data analysis and building reports or dashboards
  • Proficiency in SQL and/or data visualization tools
  • Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Target Compensation

Target Compensation in Hillsboro, OR: $74,000 - $89,000 + annual bonus
