Job Summary

Bulfinch Temps is hiring for a RN to assist the Homebase program for 20-40 hours per week, between the hours of 7-5:30pm. This role is temporary in nature and not benefits eligible.

Qualifications

• From Start date through early to mid October, schedule is W/Th 7-5:30
• In early to mid October must be able to add Mondays & Tuesdays 7-3:30
• RN must be Comfortable and able to assess and triage day to day patient concerns independently with APP/MD backup
• Comfortable with assessing and addressing mental health and substance use concerns and able to reinforce program expectations and follow procedures as needed
• Independent with phlebotomy
• Organized, self motivated, and able to communicate within a large team

Primary Responsibilities

• On site coverage for patient needs
• Completing phone calls 1 month prior to patient attendance
