Job Summary

You will deliver compassionate, high-quality care that impacts patients' well-being and recovery. Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing patients' healthcare needs, including psychological, physiological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors.
• Setting measurable and achievable goals based on assessment data and collaborating with the healthcare consumer and multidisciplinary team.
• Implementing and modifying care plans, coordinating care, providing education, and managing discharge planning.
• Evaluating progress towards health goals systematically.

Responsibilities

Follow the nursing process, which includes:

• Assessment - Collect and analyze healthcare consumer data.
• Planning - Set measurable goals based on assessment data.
• Implementation - Implement or modify care plans, coordinate care, educate, and manage discharge planning.
• Evaluation - Systematically evaluate progress towards health goals.

Requirements

• Graduate of an RN nursing program.
• Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - CPR.
