Beverage Supervisor- Full Time (Harrah's Laughlin)

Responsibilities

• Ensures that the Beverage staff is working as a team to ensure optimum service to all guests of the venue.
• Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary tools and supplies, cleaning all equipment, locking doors, etc.
• Inspect grooming and attire of the staff and rectify any deficiencies.
• Complete scheduled inventories and stock and requisition any necessary supplies.
• Monitor rooms for seating availability, service, safety and well being of guests.
• Train and supervise all outlet staff on the proper procedures, etiquette and standards of the venue.

Qualifications

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.
• Associates Degree required.
• One to three years of related experience and/or training in a similar food/beverage outlet, hotel or casino atmosphere.
