About the role
The Beverage Promo and Sampling Rep will be the face of Outlaw Light at retail and on-premise accounts across the country. This position is responsible for executing in-store and on-premise sampling events, driving trial and awareness of Outlaw Light among new and existing consumers.
Job Responsibilities / Main Functions
- Executing planned sampling events at retail, grocery, and on-premise accounts
- Engaging consumers in a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and brand-appropriate manner
- Maintaining proper product handling, temperature control, and presentation standards throughout events
- Tracking and reporting consumer feedback, product movement, and event outcomes via designated reporting tools
- Coordinating with distributor partners and store/venue management to confirm event logistics
- Adhering to all state and local alcohol sampling regulations and retailer compliance requirements
- Replenishing product and branded collateral as needed during events
- Completing all required recordkeeping accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional sampling station at all times
- Representing Outlaw Light Beer brand standards with professionalism and pride
- Staying informed on product portfolio, brand story, and competitive landscape
- Communicating proactively with the Division Market Lead regarding scheduling, account feedback, and competitive activity
- Adhering to all safety regulations at all times

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 21 years of age or older
- Minimum 1 year of experience in beverage sampling, brand ambassador, retail demonstration, or related consumer-facing role
- Working knowledge of beer and/or the beverage alcohol industry preferred
- Familiarity with state and local alcohol sampling laws and compliance requirements preferred
- Strong interpersonal and public communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Basic computer skills including email, Google Docs, and mobile reporting apps
- Working knowledge of detailed event protocols and brand standards with a high level of consistency
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage event logistics independently
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as event schedules require
- Reliable transportation to and from event locations
