Beverage Sales Representative (Chain Route)

About the role

Join our team and play a key role in growing our portfolio within your assigned territory. This role is responsible for driving volume, distribution, and in-market execution within an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales coverage across multiple accounts as assigned
• Place orders, stock shelves, and maintain inventories based on store needs
• Execute promotions, pricing, displays, and brand programs
• Build positive relationships with account managers and staff
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities and orders
• Build and maintain well-organized, attractive displays following merchandising standards
• Rotate product to maintain freshness and product quality
• Ensure compliance with company policies, MLCC regulations, and supplier agreements
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and team updates

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Prior sales, merchandising, or customer service experience (preferred)
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Reliable Vehicle and proof of insurance coverage that meets company requirements
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliability, professionalism, and a strong attention to detail

Pay

This position offers a $42,000 base salary, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $15,000 in performance-based incentives.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Work in retail environments with varying conditions
• Perform repetitive motions while stocking and merchandising
• Safely operate company vehicles and merchandising equipment
