About the role
Responsible for managing the beverage program and service operations at a high-end restaurant in downtown Atlanta. Overseeing all aspects of beverage service including menu development, staff training, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement beverage menus that align with the restaurant’s brand and customer preferences.
- Train and manage a team of baristas and servers to ensure exceptional service and food quality.
- Oversee inventory management to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Collaborate with chefs to ensure seamless integration of beverage and food offerings.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback to improve service and product offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in beverage management or restaurant operations.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage service standards and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.
- Knowledge of local and seasonal ingredients for menu development.
