About the role

Responsible for managing the beverage program and service operations at a high-end restaurant in downtown Atlanta. Overseeing all aspects of beverage service including menu development, staff training, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement beverage menus that align with the restaurant’s brand and customer preferences.
  • Train and manage a team of baristas and servers to ensure exceptional service and food quality.
  • Oversee inventory management to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Collaborate with chefs to ensure seamless integration of beverage and food offerings.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback to improve service and product offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in beverage management or restaurant operations.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage service standards and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Knowledge of local and seasonal ingredients for menu development.

Pay
