About the role

Responsible for managing service and training programs within a team environment. Oversee staff training, ensure compliance with company policies, and coordinate with external trainers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs for new and existing employees
  • Ensure all staff are trained in company policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with external trainers to provide additional training opportunities
  • Monitor employee performance and provide feedback
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve service quality

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in training and development
