About the role
Responsible for managing service and training programs within a team environment. Oversee staff training, ensure compliance with company policies, and coordinate with external trainers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs for new and existing employees
- Ensure all staff are trained in company policies and procedures
- Coordinate with external trainers to provide additional training opportunities
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback
- Collaborate with other departments to improve service quality
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Knowledge of industry best practices in training and development
