About the role

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily beverage operations including ordering, receiving, and stocking inventory.

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to optimize food and beverage pairings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field.

• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and industry best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
