Beverage Industry - Sanitation Associate, 2nd shift

We have generated an extensive product portfolio that includes frozen dispensed beverages, cold dispensed, hot dispensed, and beverage enhancers. We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our Sanitation team in a manufacturing environment within the beverage industry. This role is crucial in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, supporting public health, and maintaining environmental aesthetics throughout the facility. The ideal candidate will help uphold strict sanitation protocols to ensure product safety and regulatory compliance while contributing to a safe and efficient production environment.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes all production equipment, tanks, and facility as needed throughout the shift and at the end of the day.
• Performs sanitation process by following the standard operating procedures.
• Handles all chemicals in accordance with the SDS sheet, while following all GMPs and safety standards.
• Communicates with the production team on sanitation needs they may have throughout production.
• Reviews daily pre-op sheet to see where swab failures/non-conformances were identified.
• Inventories chemicals once a week and provides order list to Quality Control Manager.
• Completes all other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent educational documentation (GED) required.
• 1-3 years of experience working in the food or beverage industry preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with peers and upper management.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Physical demands include extended periods of standing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must occasionally lift and/or move 30-50 lbs.
• Must be comfortable working around industrial equipment as there are many moving parts.

Schedule

• Full-time position.
• Monday through Friday & occasional Saturdays from 2:30 PM - 11 PM.
• 8-hour shift plus occasional overtime.

Pay

$18.00 per hour with a new hire bonus up to $500.00.
