Beverage Industry - Sanitation Associate

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, public health, and environmental aesthetics for the company.
• Clean and sanitize processing/production equipment per the SSOP, including CIP (Clean In Place) process for fillers, tanks, pasteurizers, and valves.
• Remove filters, screens, hoses, and other items to clean and sanitize the equipment.
• Perform general plant sanitation tasks such as removing refuse, sweeping, and cleaning floors.
• Accurately document tasks completed and collaborate with all department employees to ensure the facility remains clean.

Requirements

• Repetitive lifting and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency in operating a forklift.
• Good comprehension to understand chemicals and their proper use and application.
• Ability to read and understand facility's GMP and SOPs.
• Knowledge of chemical awareness and safe use of cleaning agents.
• Flexible scheduling and willingness to work overtime.

Pay

$17.00 per hour

Schedule

Full-time job: Monday - Friday, 5PM - 2:30AM
Open availability to work weekends and/or required overtime.
