About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, process-driven Benefits & Compensation Specialist to fully own our benefits programs, leave of absence processes, and total compensation and rewards administration. This is a role for a systems-thinking administrator who brings experience blending comprehensive benefits compliance, deep fluency in the intricate state and federal laws governing leave administration, and thoughtful compensation program management - and who partners closely with our Payroll team in Finance to ensure accurate, timely payroll execution. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for employees navigating their benefits, pay, leave, and related company policies.
