  • Contribute to the annual Open Enrollment process, including meetings, content delivery, file exchanges, and testing.
  • Draft and review employee communications.
  • Provide Leave of Absence support.
  • Manage data and pay inputs for Payroll and other downstream systems, including data corrections and error resolution.
  • Serve as the primary point-of-contact for benefits inquiries and coordinate with Total Rewards vendors and internal teams.
  • Troubleshoot benefit claim issues, request follow-ups, and recertifications as needed.
  • Coordinate with Payroll, HR Ops, Talent, Legal, Finance, and Accounting teams.
  • Collaborate with HRBP, Payroll, and HR Operations teams.
  • Support compliance with Benefits Audits, Testing, and Reporting (e.g., Discrimination Testing, Retirement Audits).
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, system automation, and workflow enhancements across the Total Rewards landscape.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits to ensure compliance.
  • Occasional travel may be required during Open Enrollment and as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role, with a focus on total rewards.
  • Strong knowledge of Total Rewards systems, principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Experience with knowledge management and case management systems.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS systems (e.g., Oracle) for data management and reporting; experience with Oracle or ADP (Global View) is a plus.
