Benefits Supervisor
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content.
We have job posting content: includes Forbes/EVT statements, Employment Type, Base Salary, Class/Calendar, Benefits, Performance Pay, New Hire Experience, New Hire Education, Job Summary, Key Responsibilities (list), Required Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, Skills & Competencies, Work Environment & Physical Requirements, Equal Opportunity Employer Statement (boilerplate to remove). Also we have Performance Pay: Available annually. That's a benefit? Could be part of Pay? It says Performance Pay: Available annually. That's a pay detail. Also Base Salary: $78,795.00.
We need to include Pay section if posting actually states them. Yes we have Base Salary and Performance Pay. So we can include a Pay section with those details.
Schedule? Not mentioned. So omit Schedule.
Benefits: we have Vacation, sick leave, holidays, retirement matched through the Arizona State Retirement System, health, and life insurance. Also maybe Performance Pay is separate. So Benefits section includes those.
We also have New Hire Experience and New Hire Education details. Those could be part of Qualifications or Requirements? They are like additional pay for experience/education. Could be part of Pay? Might be considered part of compensation. But we can include them under Pay or maybe under Qualifications? The instruction: Use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content.
About the role: could be Job Summary.
Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities.
Requirements: maybe Required Qualifications? Or we could have Requirements and Qualifications separate. The instruction says we can have both Requirements and Qualifications sections. We need to decide what to put where. Usually Requirements = mandatory qualifications; Qualifications = preferred? But we have Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Could map Required Qualifications to Requirements, Preferred Qualifications to Qualifications. Or we could combine. But we need to avoid thin sections. We have both sets, so we can have Requirements (Required Qualifications) and Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications). That seems reasonable.
Skills: Skills & Competencies.
Benefits: as described.
Pay: Base Salary, Performance Pay, New Hire Experience, New Hire Education? The latter are about additional pay based on experience/education. Could be included in Pay.
Schedule: not present, omit.
Also we have Employment Type: Full-time. Could be included in About the role or maybe a separate section? Not in headings list. Could be placed in About the role paragraph.
We also have Class/Calendar: D72, 12 months. Could be part of About the role.
We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details: Forbes/EVT statements, Employment Type, Base Salary, Class/Calendar, Benefits, Performance Pay, New Hire Experience, New Hire Education, Job Summary, Key Responsibilities (list), Required Qualifications (list), Preferred Qualifications (list), Skills & Competencies (list), Work Environment & Physical Requirements (maybe we can include as a section? Not in headings list; but we could incorporate into About the role or Responsibilities? It's substantive. The instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. It doesn't forbid other headings? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies we should use those headings for sections; but we could also add other headings if needed? Probably better to stick to those. Work Environment & Physical Requirements could be placed under About the role or Responsibilities? Might be better to include as a paragraph under About the role.
Equal Opportunity Employer Statement is boilerplate to remove.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Not needed.
We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; none present.
We must output only HTML fragment.
Let's structure:
