Key Responsibilities
- Administer benefits enrollments (new hires + life events) via ADP
- Manage LOA processes, employee communication, and tracking
- Support open enrollment planning, execution, and employee education
- Partner with carriers, vendors, and payroll for seamless operations
- Handle COBRA, HSA/FSA funding, and reporting
- Maintain benefits documentation, audits, and compliance
- Build employee-facing presentations and communications
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of dedicated benefits administration experience
- Strong LOA expertise required
- ADP Workforce Now proficiency
- Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, reporting) + PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s degree required
Details
- $50/hr
- Hybrid: 3 days onsite in Irvine after training
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
