Key Responsibilities

  • Administer benefits enrollments (new hires + life events) via ADP
  • Manage LOA processes, employee communication, and tracking
  • Support open enrollment planning, execution, and employee education
  • Partner with carriers, vendors, and payroll for seamless operations
  • Handle COBRA, HSA/FSA funding, and reporting
  • Maintain benefits documentation, audits, and compliance
  • Build employee-facing presentations and communications

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of dedicated benefits administration experience
  • Strong LOA expertise required
  • ADP Workforce Now proficiency
  • Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, reporting) + PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Details

  • $50/hr
  • Hybrid: 3 days onsite in Irvine after training
  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
