Benefits Manager (Americas)

This role will own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. You will partner with people leaders, finance, and executive stakeholders to align rewards programs with business needs and employee experience. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen pay practices, improve program governance, and create more consistent outcomes across the organization within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the benefits programs for the Americas region
• Manage leave administration and accommodations for the U.S. and Canada
• Lead annual open enrollment for the Americas region
• Oversee Workday benefits configuration and collaborate with HRIT
• Ensure compliance with benefits-related laws and regulations
• Monitor and recommend changes to benefits structures for competitiveness
• Expand and update process documentation and knowledge articles

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
• 8-12 years of industry experience
• 2-5 years of management or lead experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian benefits programs
• Experience using technology platforms like Workday and ServiceNow

Pay

$111,100 – $185,100 annually
