About the role

As part of our client services team, you will work directly with clients to review available programs, answer questions, and provide guidance based on each household's individual circumstances. Representatives provide personalized service, clear communication, and support to help families better understand and access financial protection designed around their needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with benefit and enrollment information
• Confirm eligibility and assist with required documentation
• Respond to incoming questions and service requests
• Help clients understand their existing and available coverage
• Review individual needs and identify appropriate benefit options
• Present personalized recommendations using established analysis tools
• Maintain professional communication throughout the client relationship
• Stay current on program updates, products, procedures, and services through ongoing communication with leadership
