Duties
- Distributes all benefit enrollment materials and determines eligibility
- Handles incoming customer service calls
- Dispatches incoming customer phone calls
- Accepts customer calls and returns customer inquiries
- Works and learns from management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Create and explain individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system
