Duties

• Distributes all benefit enrollment materials and determines eligibility
• Handles incoming customer service calls
• Dispatches incoming customer phone calls
• Accepts customer calls and returns customer inquiries
• Works and learns from management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
• Create and explain individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system
