About the role

One Agency is expanding its remote team and looking for motivated individuals to assist families with understanding and enrolling in available benefit programs. This is a fully remote opportunity designed for people who enjoy working with others, communicating clearly, and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual appointments with prospective and existing clients
• Learn about each client's needs and help identify suitable benefit options
• Clearly explain available programs, coverage, and enrollment information
• Guide clients through applications and enrollment
• Respond to questions and provide ongoing client support
• Follow up with clients regarding appointments and benefit reviews
• Maintain accurate and organized client records
• Participate in virtual training, coaching, and team meetings
• Develop strong, professional relationships with clients
• Work toward individual and team performance goals

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with clients by phone and video
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Reliable, organized, and professional
• Comfortable learning new technology and online systems
• Previous customer service, sales, benefits, or client-facing experience is an asset but not required
• Willingness to complete any licensing requirements associated with the position
