Benefits Compliance Manager

About the role

The City is seeking an experienced Benefits Compliance Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversight of its self-funded employee benefits programs, regulatory compliance, and long-term benefits administration. The Benefits Compliance Manager directs all aspects of benefits planning and execution, manages finances for a self-funded health plan, ensures regulatory compliance, oversees vendors and consultants, and develops long-term benefits strategies.
